Focus on national major projects such as national key R&D plan, key and general projects of NSFC, and application needs of all kinds of units at all levels. For example, as a backbone unit, participate in and undertake the national major strategic plan of "Chang'e 5" lunar exploration project, and the key project of "basic science and technology issues of integrated microsystem under strong constraints" of challenge plan of national defense science and Engineering Bureau. A number of important research results have been produced. In the past four years, more than 500 papers have been included in SCI, more than 50 papers have been published in important international academic journals (JCR area I), 7 papers have been cited in the first 1% of ESI, 8 papers have been cited in the first 3% of ESI, and 13 invention patents have been transformed. In the past four years, it has presided over 89 major, key and general state-level scientific research projects, more than 80 provincial and ministerial level and important horizontal projects, with a total funding of about 122.3 million yuan.
